Gulf South Commerce Park's parcels are supported by industrial-grade utility infrastructure designed to meet the needs of modern operations. Utility providers serving Gulf South Commerce Park offer scalable capacity to support current and future users.

• Electric service provided by Cleco with approximately 8 MW of excess capacity and a 230-KV line on site

• AT&T fiber lines adjacent to the site

• Atmos Energy natural gas pipeline adjacent to the site

• Water and sewer infrastructure plans in process, including one million gallons per day of water capacity, 30,000 gallons of sewer available, and an additional 500,000 gallons per day under construction
